Waterway House Renovation
Our Waterway project was one of our flip projects in a beautiful area on the canals. Panoramic waterviews were obstructed by the outdated design of the home. But we knew with a little tweaking, this could become a gorgeous retreat.
Our inspiration was a nod to European colors and softer finishes, elevating the look to fit the neighborhood. We created custom built ins, beautiful board and batten, and light gray touches through out.
Within a couple hours, we received an over ask offer on this flip. I absolutely loved how this home turned out and personally wish I could have moved in myself! :)
